Enhancements

Approval of minutes by chairperson before publishing it
Adding decisions of the meeting can be done through minutes template without using tagging
Files archives now searchable by meeting, project or type of files
Keyword search on mainpage for any meeting, decision and status
Agency slogan included inside every email templates
User lists sorted by seniority
User can have additional email address (eg for PA ) - All notification/reminders will be sent to this address too
