MyMeeting is a web-based, paperless meeting management and decision monitoring application based on open source development model. It is developed in  Open Source Competency Centre  MAMPU, inline with the  Malaysian Public Sector OSS Master Plan. It is developed for the use of all Malaysian government agencies.

MyMeeting is the first open source application by the Government of Malaysia to be licensed under GPLv2.

MyMeeting  won AIPA Award 2008 for its unique and innovative way in providing alternatives to all Malaysian government agencies.

• v3.0
  This is beta released version that can be used for production. This version is based on v2.3 framework.
  It is always stable as in not broken.
  • Download through svn: svn co  https://svn.oscc.org.my/mymeeting/branches/3.0
  • Download source in zip format  here
  • If you do svn update, make sure you also do ./cake fixup database to update your database structure

Upgrade

• Keep MyMeeting the latest copy by applying patch (from 2.2 to 2.2.1/2.2.2)
• Upgrade from 2.2 to 3.0
